I have released version 3.5.4 of the LazySearch Music plugin for SlimServer/SqueezeCenter/Squeezebox Server.
This is a new release that provides support for the current 7.5 development release of Squeezebox Server. As the server is still a development release it's possible that future development will break this version of the plugin - if that happens then post a report to the plugins forum page and I'll pick it up and fix it.
As usual you can get it early from my plugin repository (http://www.hickinbottom.com/sc-plugins/repo.xml), or you can wait for it to be updated within the official plugin repository (Logitech usually do that a few days following the release here).
For those of you that manually install their plugins instead, you can download it from here:

I have released version 3.5.2 of the LazySearch Music plugin for SqueezeCenter.
This is a bug-fix release that provides the ability to create MusicIP mixes from the results of a keyword search. Other than that there should be no change.
As usual you can get it early from my plugin repository (http://www.hickinbottom.com/sc-plugins/repo.xml), or you can wait for it to be updated within the official plugin repository (Logitech usually do that a few days following the release here).

I have just released version 3.5.1 of the plugin. This is a minor bugfix release that silences a warning from the SqueezeCenter log file when the Server Power Control plugin is not present.
As usual, the updated plugin is available directly through my plugin repository (it should find its way into the official Logitech repository soon):

Or directly from here:

I have just released version 3.5 of the plugin. This is only a minor update that includes integration with Gordon Harris' Server Power Control plugin - server suspension will be disabled during the period of database lazification.
As usual, the updated plugin is available directly through my plugin repository (it should find its way into the official Logitech repository soon):

I'm happy to report that Slim Devices/Logitech have identified Lazy Search Music as a "recommended plugin" within the Extension Downloader (present in beta form in SqueezeCenter 7.3.0 onwards). That means the plugin can be installed without having to manually add my repository to the Extension Downloader. Thanks to Logitech, and thanks also to the Community for recommending it.
I have now created a SqueezeCenter plugin repository here:
http://www.hickinbottom.com/sc-plugins/repo.xml
If you have SqueezeCenter 7.3 or later (still in beta at the time of writing), then if you add this repository address to the Extension Downloader then you'll be able to easily install my plugins and keep them up to date.
This repository currently contains my Lazy Search Music and AutoRescan plugins.
I have updated the Lazy Search Music plugin so that it works with the newly-released SqueezeCenter 7.2. Apart from that there are no other changes.
You can find it in the usual place:

I have issued a small update to the Lazy Search Music plugin so that it works on both SqueezeCenter 7.0 and the upcoming 7.1 release. Apart from that there are only relatively minor internal tweaks that you shouldn't make any visible difference.
You can find it in the usual place:

I've put together a formal non-beta release of the plugin that fully supports SqueezeCenter 7.0 now. The changes since the previous formal release (for SlimServer 6.5) are as follows:

Whilst I'm waiting for the hardware (it's due today), here's an idea for a Jive-based lazy search user interface. This is based on some ideas I've seen from my car's navigation system, some comments in the forum, and some (slight) creativity on my own part. You can click the image thumbnail for a larger version.
