Lazy Search doesn't work with no keyword options selected

Description

MillmoorRon has reported in the forums ( http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=29551&page=2) that the lazy search index doesn't appear to be working if no keyword search options are selected in the plugin preference page.

It's possible the lazy search entry isn't being written to the database if there are no keyword options enabled. I'll need to investigate that.

This affects song searches - they won't work when no keyword categories are enabled.

This should be fixed for 6.5 in r270.
